EFT -- It Works!
http://www.myworldspirit.com/index.php/component/content/art...

The woman sits comfortably in the chair in her home office. She taps on the outside of one hand with the first two fingers of the other hand and says “Even though I’m afraid of spiders I deeply and completely accept myself.” She says it twice more, concentrating on her fear. Then she moves her index finger to the inner corner of her eyebrow, and tapping lightly, says “My fear of spiders.” She repeats the words as she taps under her eye, under her nose, on her chin, just below her collarbone and under the arm. She follows it with the repeated phrase and a few taps on the top of her head. She brings her hand back to her lap. She has just finished her first round of EFT, and she is well on her way to being rid of her phobia. There’s a good chance she’ll even be able to say, after just this one try, that her fear is completely gone. And if so, she can expect it to stay gone. Join discussion...

Follow your bliss. Ever wonder where the phrase came from? Joseph Campbell, who spent much of his career during the 1940s to the 1980s exploring the structure of myths and how they are used in modern life and religion (George Lucas re-wrote parts of “Star Wars” after reading works by Campbell) coined the phrase. "Psychic Midwife" Helps You Hone Your Skills
http://www.myworldspirit.com/index.php/component/content/art...

Recently I had a conversation with Amethyst Wyldfyre, who calls herself a “psychic midwife and multi-dimensional mentor.” We talked about the work she does with people who are discovering they have psychic skills. Most of us have skills, like our intuition, that we use every day, but for some those skills get a sudden boost or jolt of awakening which can lead to confusion and fear as they begin to have new and sometimes frightening experiences. Imagine that you are a computer programmer. You create a fast-paced game where a single player solves puzzles as quickly as possible as they move from one location to the next. You lay out the story and the possible gameplay choices. You hide the rewards and plant the obstacles. You are the master of your world. Join discussion...

Personalized Sedona Retreats

Individualized spiritual retreats are hard to come by, and great individualized retreats are nearly impossible to find. Retreat centers are developed to facilitate meetings, seminars, and groups. A single teacher, on the other hand, may spend several days with an individual, but that individual sees only the one teacher's perspective. Join discussion...

Peru is one of the top spiritual travel destinations in the world, offering breathtaking mountain ruins, diagrams etched into the land that are so big they can only be seen from the air, and Amazon adventures. A friend of mine, a senior leader in a pharmaceutical company, spends all her spare time doing yoga, taking classes in comparative religions, reading about spirituality, speaking with others about their beliefs. Just talking about it energizes her. Join discussion...

New Game is Catalyst for Change
http://www.myworldspirit.com/index.php/component/content/art...
Submitted by js42643 6 months, 3 weeks, 4 days, 12 hours ago
In fifth grade my favorite game was The Game of Life. My friend and I played it for hours, collecting husbands, houses, cars and children. Valerie Decker played that game and many others, and when, as an adult, she went looking for a new game and couldn’t find one she liked, she developed her own, called Catalyst. Two or more people play the game, not to collect spouses and jobs but to gain insight into real life issues. Join discussion...
